Carrie Spachman

Yoga Instructor

Meet Carrie, our ambassador for a carefree, happy, and healthy life!  She’s the founder of Happy is Healthy, Co and an advocate for transforming your relationship with food, body, and self to live an authentic, fulfilling life. A Chicago native, Carrie is a 3x Certified Yoga Instructor through CorePower, Baptiste, and she completed her 200 HR training in Rishikesh, India at Akshi Yogashala. Yoga started as a workout for her. Now, it’s a lifestyle.

Yoga taught her about true inner strength, the power of the mind, the complexity of the body, and how to take the seat of the observer of her body, how she thinks, reacts, breathes, moves, and her self-talk.

Carrie shares that as she cultivates a deeper understanding of herself, and is able to share the same sense of empathy, respect, and love for others.

“Each day you can decide how to show up to your mat, just like your day. Each practice allows me to grow into a more evolved version of myself.”

Carrie encourages her students that EVERY body is a yoga body. Her classes are meant to be FUN, lighthearted, playful, challenging, and a space for students to try something new. An invitation to create strength and peace from the inside out

Carrie is an avid world traveler, a forever student of life, she loves to read, write, dance, and spend time in nature with a juicy podcast! The joy of her life are her family, friends, boyfriend Norman, and dog Bear.
