Welcome to Casa Yoga! By accessing our studio, website, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & Class Policies
- All memberships, class packs, and drop-in sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- Memberships may be paused or canceled with written notice, subject to our cancellation policy.
- Casa Yoga reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, and pricing with prior notice.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or in-studio.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within eight (8) hours of class or do not attend, a fee may apply or the session may be deducted from your pass.
- Casa Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who repeatedly miss classes without notice.
3. Studio Etiquette & Code of Conduct
To ensure a peaceful and welcoming environment, members must:
- Arrive on time for class and silence all mobile devices.
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by instructors.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior or any actions that compromise the experience of others.
4. Health & Liability Waiver
- By attending Casa Yoga classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga activities.
- You understand that yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries or health conditions arising from participation.
- Casa Yoga, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or lost/stolen personal items.
- You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating.
5. Payment & Billing
- All payments must be made in advance for classes, memberships, or retail purchases.
- Casa Yoga uses third-party payment providers, and we do not store your financial details.
- Auto-renew memberships will be charged on the billing cycle date, and cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
6. Promotions & Referral Program
- Casa Yoga may offer promotions, discounts, and referral programs. Terms vary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
- Referral rewards are valid only when the referred person signs up under eligible conditions.
7. Privacy Policy & Communications
- By joining Casa Yoga, you consent to receive class updates, promotions, and studio-related communications. You may opt out at any time.
- Casa Yoga respects your privacy and follows our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and security.
8. Termination of Membership
- Casa Yoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if a member violates these Terms & Conditions, disrupts the studio environment, or engages in misconduct.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Casa Yoga may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

SMUS Communication
1. SMS Consent Communication
- Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications
- If consent has been given to receive text messages from Casa Yoga, messages may be received related to the following (provide specific examples):
– Appointment reminders
